On February 13 and 14 dine at 22 Prime, located on the twenty-second floor, and experience a panoramic view of the city skyline while having a lavish dinner buffet. The buffet features a fresh salad station, a seafood bar, hot selection of hot savories, and desserts. But the star of 22 Prime’s spread is a hefty Prime Rib carving. The dinner buffet is priced at P 1,495++ per person on February 13 and P 1,595++ per person on February 14.

The Tivoli’s new Executive Sous Chef, Chef Remi Vercelli has come up with a six-course Valentine menu for February 11 to 14 featuring dishes like Artichoke Cappuccino, Serrano ham, parmigiano reggiano on French toast baguette; Asparagus veal filet and Gaufrette potato; a trio of sorbets; and more. On February 14, the menu is priced at P4,400 net with two glasses of Moet et Chandon.
Paseo Uno offers its Valentine buffet dinner (P1,990 net on February 11 to 13 and P2,390 net on February 14) which includes a live pan-fried duck liver station; US Prime Rib; and a wide selection of desserts.
Tin Hau, Mandarin Oriental’s Chinese restaurant, offers set menus with the theme “Red Lantern.” Featured dishes include Peking duck with Chinese pancake and condiments; Steamed white sea bass fillet with rainbow vegetables in celery sauce; Stir fried soft shell crab with crisp oatmeal; and Wok fried fragrant rice with baby abalone, shrimps and egg white; and more. The Red Lantern menus are available from February 11 up to 13. Rates are from P1,388++ to P2,388++.
